Taking part in this self-care challenge will help you build self-love, self-worth, self-improvement, and a healthy mind.  We all to often are too busy taking care of everyone around us while forgetting to take care of ourself.  We begin to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and over worked.  If we would just step back and spend some time caring for ourselves the way we care for others we will feel incredibly calm and refreshed.

If you regularly feel overwhelmed, like you can’t find time to take care of yourself, then this challenge is especially important for you.  It is when we are the most busy that we need down time the most.
